Learning and Development
Developing and investing in Dove House staff means that everyone here is at the top of their game.
We offer a range of courses run by our own Education and Training department and are always on the lookout for external training opportunities too.
Learning is key to ensuring that every role and team is at the forefront of what they do and therefore means that the hospice delivers the best care to patients and their families.
Throughout the employee journey we offer:
- Induction for all staff which introduces new starters to the care the hospice provides, key members of the team and internal processes and procedures.
- Full training in the area you will work
- A Lunch and Learn programme covering a range of useful topics
- A variety of courses
- An inhouse Education and Training department who are on hand to help with any support you may need
- Lots of lovely learning spaces away from the workplace to continue your personal development
