Salary: £24,963 per annum
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week to be worked 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday (this will include Bank Holidays). Daily hours 08:45-17:15 if working Monday to Saturday, 09:45-16:15 if working Sunday.
Are you able to be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day management of a retail outlet?
Are you happy to be the main keyholder for the store, attending emergency call outs as necessary and allowing access to the emergency services, contractors, etc as required. This may involve working outside normal hours?
Can you be responsible for achieving the sales budget, trading company budget and gift aid budget. This will include analysing epos reports and taking necessary steps to maximise the sales in the store?
Are you able to be responsible for sorting, categorising and pricing all donated goods, as defined by Hospice Policy, through the Regional Manager, to include working in the retail distribution centre as and when required?
