Job Title: Retail Relief Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week to be worked 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday (this will include Bank Holidays). Daily hours are 8:45 – 17:15.

Salary: £25,470 per annum

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Relief Manager to support our shops across West Hull and the surrounding areas (covering as far out as Howden and Goole) covering holidays and sickness within our shops.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Opening and closing shops
• Leading and managing a team of staff and volunteers
• Managing stock and merchandising
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting the shop to achieve their sales targets

In this role you will also be covering our vintage shop NO87, so an interest in vintage or retro would be a real bonus.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident, flexible, and happy travelling between locations. Previous retail or supervisory experience is helpful, but personality, initiative and a positive attitude are just as important.
