Job Title: Shop Manager, Withernsea

Salary: £22,965 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 8:45-17:15 Monday to Saturday, 09:45- 16:15 If working Sunday. Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.


Are you able to be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day management of a retail outlet?

Can you be responsible for achieving the sales budget, trading company budget and gift aid budget? This will include analysing epos reports and taking necessary steps to maximise the sales in the store.

Are you able to be responsible for sorting, categorising and pricing all donated goods, as defined by Hospice Policy, through the Regional Manager, to include working in the retail distribution centre as and when required?
