Salary: £24,785 FTE per annum, actual salary £9,914

Hours of work: 15 hours per week to be worked 2 out of 7 days, Monday to Saturday 08:45am-17:15pm and 09:45am-16:15pm, if working Sunday


We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to help deliver our house clearance service, generating vital income to support Dove House Hospice.
As a House Clearance Supervisor, you’ll work closely with customers, staff and volunteers to coordinate and carry out house clearances, identify quality items for resale, and ensure every interaction reflects our values – being passionate, positive and professional.

You’ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail, and helping to grow this important retail service

Are you able to Deliver a high standard of customer service while supporting donors and customers
