Job title: Housekeeping Assistant

Location: Dove House Hospice, Chamberlain Road, Hull.

Salary: £24,785 Per annum FTE – Actual Salary £19,828 per annum.

Hours of work: 30 hours per week available. Work Pattern: 7.5 hours per day 4 days out of 7 to be worked flexibly between the hours of 07:00am and 19:00pm

Dove House Hospice is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, carers, visitors and colleagues.
In this role, you’ll carry out general cleaning duties, support our onsite laundry and work to agreed cleaning schedules and safe systems of work.

Are you able to take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, work confidently both independently and as part of a team, follow instructions and work unsupervised when required, communicate clearly and kindly with patients, visitors and colleagues, and bring a caring, positive and professional approach to your work?
This role is vital in supporting our teams to provide exceptional care for local people.
