Job title: Retail Cover Manager

Salary: £ 25,470 per annum As of April 1st

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week to be worked 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday (this will include Bank Holidays). Daily hours 08:45-17:15 if working Monday to Saturday, 09:45-16:15 if working Sunday

As part of our Retail team, you’ll provide vital support across our shops—keeping them welcoming, well organised and full of life. Every day is different: you’ll lead staff and volunteers, create eye catching displays, deliver excellent customer service and help raise the funds that keep our expert care free for those who need us.

We’re looking for someone passionate, positive and professional, with retail experience, great communication skills and an eye for detail. You’ll be flexible, confident working under pressure and committed to achieving targets. A full driving licence and willingness to travel between locations is essential.
