Hours: 22.5 hours to be worked 3 days out of 7.
08:45 – 17:15 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £18,525 FTE, actual salary £11,115 per annum.

About You:
• Retail experience
• Demonstrate a genuine interest and good knowledge in Vintage clothing and houseware
• Experience of staff supervision
• Experience of working within the vintage/ retro community
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Must be able to undertake some manual handling operations
• Flexible approach to working hours and working week
• Experience of EPOS Systems
Main Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in the efficient and effective day to day management of No. 87 Vintage and Retro Shop.
• Work hard to achieve your sales budget, trading company budget and Gift Aid budget. This will include analysing epos reports and taking necessary steps to maximise the sales in the store.
• Research, sort, categorise and price all donated goods appropriately to achieve their maximum value, as directed by the shop manager.
• Assist in the selling of goods across a range of locations, (in the shop itself, online and at fairs and events), and use analytical reports making the best use of space to maximise income.
• Be responsible for the security of all shop monies, including petty cash, daily takings and bankings, as required and directed by the Finance Department.
• Assist in the recruitment and training and production of rotas for volunteer staff to ensuring adequate staffing and support for the shop.
• Assist with keeping the No. 87 websites updated and upload items as directed by the shop manager and deal with online sales and enquiries swiftly.
• Keep updated with current online sales trends and communicate findings to the shop Manager and /or Regional Manager
