Retail Stock & Logistics Assistant

Location: Dove House Retail Distribution Centre, Malmo road, Hull, HU7 0YF

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7. Daily hours to be worked between Monday- Saturday 8.45am-5.15pm & Sunday 9.45am-4.15pm.

Salary: £24,785 per annum

We’re looking for a Retail Stock & Logistics Assistant to join our team at the Dove House Retail Distribution Centre in Hull. You’ll play an important part in keeping our retail operation moving, helping to receive, sort and distribute donated and trading stock to our shops, as well as supporting deliveries, collections and the day-to-day running of the Distribution Centre.

Working alongside our Stock & Logistics Manager, Retail Drivers and fantastic team of volunteers, you’ll help make sure the right stock gets to the right place, giving every donation the best opportunity to raise vital funds for Dove House Hospice. You’ll also provide guidance and support to volunteers and step up to help coordinate the Distribution Centre when the Stock & Logistics Manager is away.

We’re looking for someone who is positive, practical and flexible, with experience in retail, warehousing, logistics or stock processing and a real team spirit.
